2. Payments

All service fees are due at the time of application submission.

  • All payments are non-refundable once an application has been submitted
  • Credit cards may not be reused for additional applications without prior authorization
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund or request confirmation before proceeding

  • Errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the applicant
  • Delays caused by government agencies or processing systems
  • Fines, penalties, or violations arising from non-compliance with permit requirements
  • Changes in regulations, fees, or policies imposed by regulatory authorities

6. Limitation of Liability
