These Terms and Conditions govern your use of oregontruckpermit.com and the services provided by Oregon Truck Permit Agency (TPA). By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services
Oregon Truck Permit Agency provides documentation, filing assistance, and permit application services on behalf of motor carriers and freight companies. We are a private filing service and are not a government agency. Our services include:
- Processing and submitting Oregon ODOT trip permit applications
- Processing oversize and overweight permit applications
- Delivering completed permits via email in PDF format
- Providing guidance on Oregon commercial vehicle regulations
TPA does not guarantee the issuance of any permit. All permits are subject to review and approval by the applicable government authority.
2. Payments
All service fees are due at the time of application submission. We accept major credit cards processed through our secure payment gateway.
- All fees are non-refundable once an application has been submitted.
- The same credit card may not be reused for a second permit application without prior authorization.
- In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount charged.
3. Pricing Errors
Despite our best efforts to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. In such cases, Oregon Truck Permit Agency reserves the right to:
- Cancel any order placed at an incorrect price
- Contact you to confirm the corrected price before proceeding
- Issue a full refund if you do not wish to proceed at the corrected price
4. Permit Delivery
Permits are delivered as PDF documents to the email address provided during the application. The driver operating the vehicle is required to carry a printed or digital copy of the permit at all times during the permitted operation. This requirement is consistent with FMCSA and ODOT standards.
5. Disclaimer
Oregon Truck Permit Agency acts solely as an intermediary filing service. We are not liable for:
- Errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the applicant
- Delays caused by government processing times
- Violations or fines resulting from non-compliance with permit terms
- Changes in permit fees or regulations by ODOT or other authorities
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oregon Truck Permit Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
